Hi, I’m Sierra—a relational therapist grounded in warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s story. I work from a systemic lens, which means I see you not as a problem to be fixed—but as a whole person deeply shaped by your relationships, environments, and experiences.
Even in one-on-one work, I consider the broader systems that impact your wellbeing. My clients often come to therapy feeling disconnected—from themselves, their partners, or their sense of purpose. Together, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back—old wounds, limiting beliefs, or survival strategies that once served you but are no longer needed.
What I Offer:
EMDR for trauma resolution
Narrative therapy to reauthor your story towards strengths and resilience
Emotionally focused therapy for relationship work
Attachment-based exploration for deeper self-understanding
If you’re feeling disconnected or stuck, you don’t have to go through it alone. Let’s connect!
EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. It’s a specific type of psychotherapy developed by Francine Shapiro that helps individuals heal from traumatic experiences and related symptoms. It involves focusing on distressing memories while engaging in bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements, to help the brain process and reduce the emotional intensity of those memories.

Relationships can be deeply meaningful—and deeply challenging. I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in cycles of conflict, disconnection, or misunderstanding. Together, we focus on improving communication, understanding emotional patterns, and rebuilding trust so you can feel more connected, secure, and authentic in your relationships.
This may be a good fit if you feel disconnected from your partner, struggle with recurring conflict, or want to strengthen emotional intimacy and communication.
Unresolved trauma can continue to shape how we feel, relate, and respond long after the experiences themselves have passed. I support clients in processing childhood trauma, emotional or physical abuse, neglect, and traumatic relationship experiences using trauma-informed and EMDR-based approaches. The goal is to help your nervous system feel safer, reduce distressing symptoms, and create space for healing and resilience.
This may be a good fit if you feel overwhelmed by past experiences, notice trauma impacting your relationships or sense of self, or want support healing from painful or unsafe experiences.
If you find yourself avoiding closeness, fearing vulnerability, or feeling anxious and preoccupied in relationships, attachment patterns may be playing a role. I help clients explore how early experiences influence current relationships and work toward developing a more secure sense of connection—both with others and with yourself.
This may be a good fit if you fear getting close to others, feel anxious in relationships, or notice patterns of pushing people away or becoming overly worried about connection.
OCD and phobias can be exhausting and limiting, often fueled by intrusive thoughts, fears, or deeply held beliefs about oneself or the world. I work with clients to gently challenge these patterns, reduce anxiety, and build a healthier relationship with thoughts and fears so they no longer control daily life.
This may be a good fit if intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, phobias, or limiting beliefs are interfering with your daily life or sense of confidence.
I use EMDR to help clients process trauma and shift old narratives—replacing them with self- beliefs rooted in strength, resilience, and truth.
