We all need support at times. Whether you’re at a crossroads, feeling overwhelmed, or healing from a loss—you’re not alone. I’m here to listen, support, and help you find clarity and peace.
Life is full of change and complexity. Our relationships—with loved ones and ourselves—often shift in unexpected ways. My goal is to help individuals, couples, and families navigate these changes, build resilience, and strengthen their connections.
Using a strength based approach, we’ll explore your values and experiences to create meaningful, lasting change. My work honors your unique path and supports you in finding deeper connection and direction.
I hold a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle University and am EMDR-trained through EMDRIA. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, travel, and time with loved ones. A couple of my favorite books are Wild and Daring Greatly.
Feel free to reach out—I’d be honored to work with you.
I’m particularly passionate about helping people with:
A warm, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, feel seen, and make sense of your experience. Therapy isn’t always easy, but it can be deeply transformative—and I’m honored to walk that path with you.
Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re returning to the work, I’d love to connect and support you. .
About Encompass
The word encompass means to include or surround completely. At its core, it reflects my practice’s mission: to help you welcome all parts of yourself—even the ones shaped by pain, protection, or survival.
We often develop coping strategies to get through what we’ve experienced—to feel safe, to belong, to endure. But healing invites us to revisit those parts with compassion, not judgment. At Encompass, I believe that wholeness doesn’t mean perfection—it means integration.
You are already whole, exactly as you are. Therapy can help you reconnect with the more authentic parts of yourself that may have gone quiet in the process of surviving. Together, we create a space where those parts can safely emerge.
We are not defined by what we’ve been through. Here, you are invited to process, release, and simply be—with gentleness and honesty.
At Encompass, my mission is to support individuals and couples in healing from trauma, reconnecting with their authentic selves, and building more empowered, connected lives. I believe that therapy is a space to embrace all parts of who you are—past and present—while developing the insight and tools to create meaningful change. Through trauma-informed care and evidence-based modalities like EMDR, we help clients process what they’ve been through so they can move forward with clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
I believe healing begins with embracing all parts of yourself—your experiences, your strengths, your survival strategies—and recognizing that you are already whole.
Safety, trust, and empowerment are central to our work. We meet each client with deep respect and prioritize consent and choice in every part of the therapeutic process.
I support clients in shedding roles they’ve outgrown—like people-pleasing or self-silencing—and stepping into their true voice and values.
Whether you’re working individually or as a couple, we help you build healthier, more secure relationships through effective communication, emotional attunement, and relational healing.
I use EMDR to help clients process trauma and shift old narratives—replacing them with self-beliefs rooted in strength, resilience, and truth.
Encompass is a space where all identities and experiences are welcomed and honored. We are committed to providing affirming care
